01Who is responsible

This website is operated by AMEYOR, a sole proprietorship of Yashvardhan Thanvi, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India (Udyam UDYAM-RJ-17-0695960). For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), AMEYOR is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. Contact: yashvt9404@gmail.com.

02What we collect

• Project inquiries: name, email, optional company and website URL, the service you choose, your project description, budget range, timeline and, if you attach one, your estimate summary.
• Payment references: name, email, quotation reference, payment method, transaction reference (UTR), amount and date. We never ask for card numbers, CVV, OTPs, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
• Email correspondence you send us directly.
• On your device only: your light/dark theme choice (local storage) and, if you use the estimator, an estimate summary passed to the contact form in the same tab (session storage). These are not sent to us unless you submit the form.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics by default. If privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics are enabled later, this notice will be updated first.

03Why we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a scope or quotation (based on your consent when you submit the form).
• To reconcile payments and issue tax invoices (to perform the engagement and to meet GST record-keeping obligations).
• To protect the site from spam and abuse (rate limiting and, where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile).

04Where it goes

When online submission is enabled, form data travels over HTTPS to one of the following, depending on configuration:

• AMEYOR's Cloudflare Worker, which validates the submission and forwards it by email to AMEYOR's inbox. The Worker does not store submissions.
• Web3Forms, a form-relay service, which forwards the submission by email.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, operated by Devro LABS), a form-relay service that forwards the submission by email. This is the default when neither of the above is configured.

If no relay is available, the site offers an email draft (Gmail or your mail app) and nothing is sent until you send it yourself. AMEYOR's inbox is hosted by Google (Gmail), whose servers may be outside India.

We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. Payment providers you choose (for example Razorpay) process payments under their own privacy policies.

05How long we keep it

• Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to [TO CONFIRM: 24 months], then deleted.
• Engagement, quotation, invoice and payment records: for the period required under GST and tax law [TO CONFIRM: retention period with tax adviser].
• Turnstile tokens and rate-limit counters: minutes to hours, as technical logs.

06Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask to:

• access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it, where we are not required to keep it by law;
• withdraw consent for future processing;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights;
• raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

08Security

The site is served as static files over HTTPS with security headers. Secrets are kept server-side and never shipped in browser code. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe you have found a vulnerability, please email us.

09Children

This website and AMEYOR's services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10Changes

We will update this notice before changing how personal data is used, and the date at the top will change.
