The terms for using this website and for client engagements with AMEYOR. Each engagement's signed quotation takes precedence.

01About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to client services provided by AMEYOR, a sole proprietorship of Yashvardhan Thanvi. For a specific engagement, the signed quotation or agreement (“Quotation”) sets out scope, price, taxes and schedule, and prevails over these terms where they differ. LLMSlim and Krishyak have their own terms on their own websites.

02Prices, estimates and quotations

  • Prices on this website are indicative starting prices. The estimator produces preliminary, non-binding ranges.
  • Only a written Quotation is an offer. It is valid until the date stated on it.
  • Published prices exclude GST. GST is charged where applicable and shown on the Quotation and tax invoice.

03Payments

  • Work is scheduled after the advance stated in the Quotation is received and confirmed.
  • Milestone and balance payments fall due on the events stated in the Quotation, within [TO CONFIRM: 7 days] of invoice.
  • Payments are accepted only through methods named on the Quotation. A payment is treated as received only when confirmed by the provider or the bank.
  • Payment-gateway and bank charges are borne as stated in the Quotation.

04Client responsibilities

  • Provide content, data, access and feedback on time; delays may move the schedule.
  • Ensure you have the rights to materials you supply.
  • Hold accounts for domains, hosting, APIs and payment providers in your own name, unless agreed otherwise.

05Changes to scope

Requests beyond the signed scope are estimated and agreed in writing before work starts. Agreed revision rounds are listed in the Quotation.

06Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, as described in the Quotation. Open-source components remain under their own licences. AMEYOR keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grants you a licence to use any that are embedded in your deliverables [TO CONFIRM: licence scope]. AMEYOR may describe the engagement in its portfolio only with your written permission.

07Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

08Warranties and liability

Deliverables are provided with a post-launch fix window for defects against the agreed scope, as stated in the Quotation. AMEYOR does not guarantee search rankings, model accuracy, revenue or other business outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, AMEYOR's total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement [TO CONFIRM: liability cap], and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

09Termination

Either party may end an engagement by written notice. Work completed up to that point is payable, as described in the refund and cancellation policy.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction [TO CONFIRM: dispute resolution and jurisdiction].
